Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to request a return

Email gencymirbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending your return.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage for size changes or change-of-mind returns, including returns from Mexico. If we sent the wrong item, or your shirt arrived damaged or defective, GENCYMIR will cover the return shipping. Contact us with your order number and details of the issue so we can help. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item sent by GENCYMIR.

Refunds and size changes

We will inspect your return and notify you when your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. For a size change, contact us to confirm availability and arrange the next steps.
